I’d Love to Join You as a Podcast Guest
I’m all about joining conversations that spark meaningful change. If your podcast is for humans who care about connection, compassion, and creating a better world—I’m all in. As the former host of Awakened Parenting, I know the power of honest, heart-centred dialogue, and I love bringing that energy to shows that aim to inspire, empower, and make a difference.
As a mother of four, wife, former teacher, communication coach, and an entrepreneur running a farm-based business, I bring a grounded, real-world perspective to the work of connection and leadership. With over 25 years of experience in education, facilitation, and emotional intelligence, I’ve navigated classrooms, boardrooms, and barn doors—and I know that meaningful change starts with human connection.
I speak the language of both strategy and soul, unpacking how to turn conflict into connection, lead with empathy, or summon the everyday courage to live and lead authentically. I love leaving listeners feeling inspired, grounded, and activated to create meaningful change in their lives, their work, and their communities.
“Let’s build a future where communication drives connection and understanding both in life and at work.”
