Participants will explore practical tools for addressing challenging behavior, fostering student engagement, and building trust—without relying on traditional discipline approaches. Through real-life scenarios and guided practice, educators will leave with strategies to communicate more consciously, reduce power struggles, and support a more compassionate school culture.
