This workshop invites Child Care and Early Learning Educators to explore how systemic hierarchies and inherited behaviours shape their programs and relationships. Participants will gain awareness of the paradigms that may unintentionally create disconnection amongst colleagues and families, while learning strategies to shift toward collaborative, and connected relationships. Through reflection, discussion, and practice, educators will leave with tools to foster connection, inclusion, and collaborative leadership in their daily work.
